Privacy policy
How VEREVALID handles the details you share through this website. Last updated 31 October 2026.
Who we are
This website is run by VEREVALID Inc (Sacramento, CA, USA) together with VEREVALID Solutions India Pvt Ltd (Bengaluru, India). Questions about this policy or your details: contactus@verevalid.com.
What we collect
- Contact form and chat assistant: your name, work email, company, role, the options you choose and any message you write.
- Spam protection: your IP address, used to block repeated submissions for a few seconds and, where enabled, checked by Cloudflare Turnstile to confirm you’re not a bot.
- Your colour theme choice: stored in your own browser, never sent to us.
We don’t use advertising trackers, and we don’t use cookies to follow you across other websites.
Why we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you want to, to discuss working together. Our basis is your request to be contacted (or, for business contacts, our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries). We do not sell or rent your details, and we don’t add you to marketing lists without asking.
Who else handles it
- Bluehost hosts this website and our email in the United States.
- Cloudflare checks form and chat submissions for bots, where enabled.
- Google Fonts supplies the site’s fonts and receives your IP address when a page loads.
Our team in the USA and India may read your enquiry so the right consultant can reply. Where details move between countries, we protect them as this policy describes.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need to respond and follow up, and delete them within 24 months of our last contact unless you become a client.
Your rights
You’re always welcome to ask what details we hold about you, to have them corrected or deleted, or to stop hearing from us. Just email contactus@verevalid.com and we’ll take care of it, usually well within 30 days. These choices are yours under the EU and UK GDPR, US state privacy laws and India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. If you’re in the EU or UK and ever feel we haven’t got something right, please tell us first so we can put it right. You can also contact your local data protection authority.
Changes
We’ll update this page if our practices change, and change the date at the top.
