Before you ask

What is the difference between Manhattan WMOS and Manhattan Active WM?

WMOS is Manhattan’s earlier warehouse management system, usually run on-premise or hosted and upgraded in large projects. Manhattan Active WM is cloud-native SaaS, updated continuously with quarterly releases, and extended through configuration and extensions rather than changes to the core product.

Can you work alongside our Manhattan implementation partner?

Yes. Many clients use us for testing, integration or hypercare next to their main partner. We agree the split of responsibilities in the scope.

Do you offer Manhattan testing and EDI as a subcontractor?

Yes. Manhattan partners and system integrators subcontract regression testing, system integration testing, EDI map builds and trading-partner testing to us, under their brand or ours.

Do you still support WMOS and SCALE?

Yes. We support legacy sites while you plan and run the move to Manhattan Active.

How is the fixed fee set?

After a 30-minute scoping call we send a one-page scope with the fee. Changes are priced separately and agreed before work starts.

What do we need to start a readiness assessment?

Read access to configuration, a list of interfaces and customisations, and three workshops with your DC operations leads.
